Real Colors App Reviews

Great Concept, Didnt Translate Well

Great concept, didnt always work though. The first few pictures I used for palettes were spot on and the app perfectly chose colors, however, every photo I have used since has resulted in terrible palettes displaying mostly dark greens and browns even when photos have bright purples, reds, blues, and pinks. I have to edit each one with the CMYK sliders to get matching colors and that is a lot of extra work. I even upgraded to Pro to see if that would help, but it did not. I really hope this is improved as it has so much potential and could be a wonderful design tool.

Paid version isnt better than free one

The free app only gives you one color scheme and no real way to play with it. The paid version is supposedly more powerful but is really a waste of money. It claims to offer more color schemes but they dont actually work. What kind of color app cant find a complementary color?

Great concept. Poorly executed.

I give it one stars, because I dont think I can go any lower. Thought it would work like a color wheel and it doesnt.

Dont pay for PRO - it does not work

I paid for PRO as I needed the features it advertised it would do - i.e. complimentary, analogous, shades, etc. only to discover it does not work as all the other options besides "Real" are grayed out and unelectable.

A real disappointment

I liked this app in the beginning but it started screwing up. Now all I see is a blank screen.

Awful! Doesnt work!

Dont waste your money! Crashes. Does nothing!

Fine print fraud

Yes you can export your palettes. But you can only export to Facebook Twitter or email. Not to your camera roll.
